Returns on SnookX are set by each seller and shown on every listing before you buy.
Check the listing first
Every product page has a “Shipping & Returns” section stating that seller’s specific return window and any conditions — this is what applies to your order, since terms can vary between new equipment and used equipment listings.
Typical terms
Most new-condition listings on SnookX offer a 7-day return if the item isn’t as described. Used equipment is generally sold as-is given its condition is disclosed upfront — always confirm on the listing itself.
Starting a return
Message the seller directly from your order in My Orders to start a return or raise a refund request. Most sellers respond within a day.
